Account Sign-up Assistance
If you are not an existing NAHU member, a confirmation email requesting verification will be sent to the email address you provide at Sign-up time. Click the Account Confirmation Link contained in this email to enable your account. You can then register for events shown in the Web Site which allow non-members.
If you are an existing NAHU member, be sure to include your NAHU Member ID during Account Sign-up to get member pricing for events. Existing NAHU members will not have to respond to a confirmation email upon establishing a WAHU Web Site account, just be sure to specify the same email address you use for your NAHU membership and your correct NAHU Member ID. NAHU members will receive a Welcome email upon account set-up from firstname.lastname@example.org.
Be sure to add email@example.com to your safe sender list. If you do not receive the Account Confirmation email or Welcome email, please check your spam folder and look for an email with the subject WAHU Web Site Account.

Event Registration Assistance
You will receive an email confirmation with the subject WAHU Event Registration upon successful online registration for an event and you will be added to the registration list for that event.
If for some reason you do not receive a confirmation email, you may email email@example.com or call 206-623-8632 to confirm your reservation and/or to have a confirmation email sent to you.
Reservations must be cancelled on or before an event's cancellation deadline in order to receive a refund for that event. There are no refunds for an event that has no cancellation deadline.
